摘　　要：文中以碧桂园德兴时代城建设工程为例,重点研究其高层住宅基础溶洞的处理技术,总结补强方案以及相关施工参数,并从设置补强灌浆孔、有填充溶洞的补强、无填充溶洞的补强和补强效果检测等方面分析了灌浆补强施工方法,以期为类似工程提供参考。Taking the construction project of Country Garden Dexing TimesC ity as an example,the article focuses on studying the treatment technology of high-rise residential foundation karst caves,summarizes the reinforcement plan and relevant construction parameters,and analyzes the grouting reinforcement construction method from the aspect sof setting reinforcement grouting holes,reinforcement with lflied karst caves,reinforcement without filled karst caves,and reinforcement effect detection,in order to provide effective reference for similar projects.
