植入法在桥梁工程PHC管桩施工中的应用分析

摘　　要：植入法施工工艺结合了钻孔灌注桩和预制桩锤击法施工的特点,具有独特的优势。文中以某高速公路某桥梁段PHC管桩基础试桩为例,对植入法在PHC管桩在高速公路桥梁工程中的应用进行分析;实践表明,植桩过程中采用自主研发的定位器定位,经检测桩身定位效果较好;检测结果显示,桩顶标高仅比设计标高低2~5 cm,植入法施工可较精确地控制桩顶标高。The implantation method has unique advantages,combining the characteristics of the drilled pile and the prefabricated pile hammer method.In this paper,the application of PHC pipe pile in expressway bridge engineering is analyzed by taking PHC pipe pile test pile in a bridge section of expressway as an example.The practice showst hat the self-developed positioner is used in the process of plei planting,and the positioning effect of pile body is good after testing.Thet est results show that the pile top elevation is only 2~5 cm lwoer than the design elevation,and the implantation method can control the pile top elevation more accurately.
