摘 要:预制拼装技术能够显著提升现场施工效率,工厂化的作业条件能够有效保证预制构件的质量,但是如何保证预制构件之间的连接强度,是决定整个结构承载能力的关键。文中针对预制墩柱与桩基连接问题,提出了一种预制墩柱与基桩外设套箍内置型钢连接施工技术,通过在墩柱、桩基连接处的内置型钢连接件,并在外侧设置套箍,有效保证了预制墩柱与桩基的连接强度,实现了设计标准化、预制轻量化、安装便捷化的技术目标,可为同类型的预制拼装桥墩的设计建造提供参考。Prefabricated assembly technology can significantly improve the efficiency of on-site construction,and industrial operating conditions can effectively ensure the quality of prefabricatedc omponents,but how to ensure the connection strength between prefabricated components is the key to determine the bearing capacity of thew hole structure.Aiming at the problem of the connection between precast pier and pile foundation,this paper puts forward a construction technology of built-in steel connection between precast pierc olumn and pile foundation.Through the built-in steel connector at the connection of pier column and pile foundation and the hoop on the outside,the connection strength of precast pier and pile foundation is effectively ensured,and the industrial construction technical goal of design standardization,prefabrication lightweight and convenient installation is realized.It can provide reference for the design and construction of the same type of prefabricated piers.
