摘　　要：文中针对某地块一期地下防水工程现状及存在的病害,遵循“刚柔并济、多道设防、综合治理”的原则,在二期地下防水施工中提出了“非固涂料+自粘卷材”的复合防水方案,阐述了施工要点和注意事项,保障了施工质量和防水效果,实现了“皮肤式”防水理念。In response to the current situation and existing diseases oft he first phase underground waterproofing project of a certainp lot,the article follows the principle of"combining rigidity and flexibility,multiple fortifications,and comprehensive treatment",abandons traditional practices,and proposes a composite waterproofing scheme of"non solid coating+self-adhesive roll"in the second phase underground waterproofing construction.The article elaborateso n the construction points and precautions,ensures the construction quality and waterproofing effect,and realizes the"skin type"waterproofing concept.
