摘　　要：文中以某建筑项目为例,对门式框架结构托梁换柱施工技术进行了详细论述,通过与设计方案中的要求值对比,所有技术指标均满足工程需求,取得了良好的施工效果,为实现门式框架结构托梁换柱施工技术及高质量房屋改造大开间建筑工程提供一定参考。Based on a construction project,the paper discusses in detail the construction technology of portal frame structure joist column change.By comparing with the required values in the design scheme,all the technical indicators meet the engineering requirements and achieve good construction results.It can provide some reference for realizing the construction technology of joist column change of portal frame structure and the construction project of high quality house transformation.
