摘  要:燃气轮机排气装置的优劣对燃气轮机整机运行效率、稳定性、可靠性有显著影响。分析了燃气轮机排气装置的结构特点,对叶片结构进行优化,并从制造材料、焊接材料、焊接工艺三方面对燃气轮机排气装置制造工艺进行优化。优化后,提升了燃气轮机排气装置的可靠性,延长了使用寿命,降低了制造成本,减少了维护费用,提高了产品竞争力。The advantage and disadvantage of gas turbine exhaust device have a significant impact on the operation efficiency,stability and reliability of gas turbine.The structural characteristic of the gas turbine exhaust device was analyzed,the blade structure was optimized,and the manufacturing process of the gas turbine exhaust device was optimized from three aspects such as manufacturing material,welding material and welding process.After optimization,the reliability of the gas turbine exhaust device was improved,the service life was extended,the manufacturing cost was reduced,the maintenance cost was reduced,and the product competitiveness was improved.
