摘 要:某机械加工厂新接收一批零件,现有机床夹具设备不能满足加工定位要求。针对这一问题,在分析现有机床夹具气动系统原理,不增加过多成本的基础上,对机床夹具气动系统进行改进。介绍了改进方案,进行仿真分析,并对改进前后机床夹具气动系统进行对比。对比表明,改进后的机床夹具气动系统不仅能够满足新接收零件的全部加工要求,而且在气动元件使用量、后期维护保养方面均明显优于改进前。A mechanical processing plant received a new batch of parts,and the existing machine tool fixture equipment cannot meet the processing positioning requirement.In view of this problem,on the basis of analyzing the principle of the pneumatic system of the existing machine tool fixture and not increasing the excessive cost,the pneumatic system of the machine tool fixture was improved.The improvement scheme was introduced,the simulation analysis was carried out,and the pneumatic systems of the machine tool fixture before and after the improvement were compared.The comparison shows that the improved pneumatic system of the machine tool fixture can meet all the processing requirements of the newly received part,and is significantly better than the unimproved in terms of the number of pneumatic components used and the later maintenance.
