北沙参化学成分、药理作用研究进展及质量标志物(Q-Marker)预测

摘　　要：北沙参是伞形科植物珊瑚菜Glehnia littoralis的根,其成分主要包括多糖、香豆素类、聚乙炔类、木脂素类、酚酸类等,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎等多种药理活性。通过文献计量学对北沙参研究现状进行可视化分析,并归纳总结北沙参化学成分和药理作用研究进展。应用网络药理学方法预测有效成分并构建北沙参“成分-靶点-通路”网络,结合质量标志物(quality marker,Q-Marker)理论,从植物亲缘学及化学成分特有性、有效性、可测性等,对北沙参的Q-Marker进行预测,多糖、β-咔啉类生物碱、佛手柑内酯、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素、绿原酸、水杨酸、法卡林二醇、人参炔醇、人参二醇和腺苷可作为北沙参主要Q-Marker,为完善北沙参质量标准和开发利用提供参考。Beishashen(Glehniae Radix) is the root of Glehnia littoralis,which mainly includes polysaccharides,coumarins,polyacetylenes,lignans,phenolic acids,etc.It has many pharmacological activities such as immune regulation,antitumor,anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation.The research status of Glehniae Radix was visualized by bibliometrics,and the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Glehniae Radix was summarized.The network pharmacology method was used to predict the effective components and construct the “ingredient-target-pathway” network of Glehniae Radix.Combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine quality marker(Q-Marker),the Q-Marker of Glehniae Radix are predicted from the aspects of plant genetics,chemical composition specificity,effectiveness and measurability.Polysaccharides,β-carboline alkaloids,bergapten,imperatorin,isoimperatorin,chlorogenic acid,salicylic acid,falcarindiol,panaxynol,panaxadiol and adenosine can be used as the main Q-Marker of Glehniae Radix,which can provide reference for improving the quality standard and development and utilization of Glehniae Radix.
