摘 要:随着煤矿行业机械化换人、自动化减人和装备智能化的快速推进,作为自动化建设的关键部件,常规电气产品的快速防爆化设计显得尤其重要。隔爆是使用最广泛、最直接的防爆形式,传统的隔爆产品设计大多只关注壳体的强度和轻量化,鲜有提及隔爆产品的全流程设计。提出了一种隔爆产品的模块化设计方法,包含壳体结构、强度和相关细节设计,通过该方法可以大大缩短隔爆型电气产品的开发周期。With the rapid advancement of mechanization replacing human labor,automation reducing workforce and equipment intelligence in the coal mining industry,the rapid explosion-proof design of conventional electrical products has become particularly important as a key component of automation construction.Explosion-proof is the most widely used and direct form of explosion protection.Traditional explosion-proof product designs mostly focused on the strength and lightweight of the housing,with little attention to the overall process design of explosion-proof products.Proposed a modular design method for explosion-proof products,including structural design,strength and related details.By using this method,the development cycle of explosion-proof electrical products can be greatly shortened.
