摘　　要：根据某矿801工作面煤层赋存条件,结合薄煤层液压支架和膏体充填工艺的特点,设计了一种四柱支撑式薄煤层膏体充填液压支架。详细介绍了ZC6400/11/19D型薄煤层膏体充填液压支架的选型依据、结构特点和基本功能,为薄煤层工作面提供了合理、可靠、安全、高效的膏体充填液压支架。According to the occurrence conditions of coal seam in 801 working face of a mine,combined with the characteristics of hydraulic support and paste filling technology in thin coal seam,a four-pillar supported hydraulic support for paste filling in thin coal seam was designed.Introduced in detail the selection basis,structural characteristics and basic functions of ZC6400/11/19D type paste filling hydraulic support for thin coal seam,which provides a reasonable,reliable,safe and efficient paste filling hydraulic support for thin coal seam working face.
