摘 要:针对采煤机传统型离合机构拨叉转动困难、操作不便等难题,设计了一种采煤机直动型离合机构。该机构采用直动型结构设计,能够通过推拉手把带动力矩轴轴向移动,省时省力地完成离合机构的操作,既能保证设备之间联接的可靠性,又能提高离合机构拆装的便利性。根据煤矿井下实际应用结果,直动型离合机构延长了电机使用寿命,保证了生产安全性,提高了生产效率,具有极大的应用价值。Aiming at the difficulties in rotating and operating of the fork of traditional clutch mechanism,a direct acting clutch mechanism for shearer was designed.The mechanism adopts a direct acting structural design,which can move the power moment shaft axially through the push pull handle,save time and effort to complete the operation of the clutch mechanism.This not only ensures the reliability of the connection between equipment,but also improves the convenience of disassembly and assembly of the clutch mechanism.According to the practical application results in coal mine,the direct acting clutch mechanism extends the service life of the motor,ensures production safety,improves production efficiency,and has great application value.
