摘  要:针对钻孔原位煤岩力学参数测量过程中数据的采集与处理需具备有效性、准确性、实时性等特点,自主搭建一套集采集、显示、处理功能与一体的数据采集及处理系统,满足实时、快速并准确获取所需的关键参数。应用C语言和视窗高级编程开发组件中强大的编程工具Visual C++设计的数据采集与处理系统软件,具有扩展性强、复用性高等优点,兼配有故障显示、报警提示等功能,并可进行灵活控制。研究成果为煤岩力学参数的准确获取奠定了基础,为巷道工程钻孔高效利用以及围岩力学参数的测量提供了保障。In view of the characteristics of validity,accuracy and real-time of data acquisition and processing in the process of drilled in-situ coal and rock mechanical parameter measurement,a set of data acquisition and processing system integrating acquisition,display and processing functions was independently built to meet the requirements of real-time,rapid and accurate acquisition of required key parameters.The data acquisition and processing system software designed by using C language and Visual C++,a powerful programming tool in windows advanced programming development component,has the advantages of strong scalability and high reusability,is also equipped with fault display,alarm prompt and other functions,and can be flexibly controlled.The research results lay a foundation for the accurate acquisition of coal and rock mechanical parameters,and provide a guarantee for the efficient use of roadway engineering drilling and the measurement of surrounding rock mechanical parameters.
