摘 要:为确立煤巷掘进过程声发射监测传感器有效监测范围,指导传感器安装钻孔合理布设,确保监测信号真实性与可靠性,最终提升煤巷掘进煤岩动力灾害声发射在线监测效果,结合弹性波理论传播规律与现场考察方法,在川煤集团新维煤业2113输送带巷进行现场试验考察。研究成果可有效提升传感器安装钻孔超前布设的合理性及监测效果,节约生产成本,为建立有序高效的煤巷掘进工作面声发射监测技术体系提供支撑及指导。To establish the effective monitoring range of acoustic emission monitoring sensors during coal roadway excavation process and guide the orderly deployment of drilling holes for sensor installation,ulteriorly to ensure the authenticity and reliability of monitoring signals,ultimately to improve the online monitoring effect of acoustic emission for coal and rock dynamic disasters during coal roadway excavation,combined the propagation law of elastic wave theory with on-site investigation,and conducted on-site test and inspection in the 2113 belt roadway of Xinwei Coal Industry of Sichuan Coal Group.The research results can effectively improve the rationality and monitoring effectiveness of layout process of drilling holes for sensor installation,save production costs and provide support and guidance for building an orderly and efficient acoustic emission monitoring technology system in coal roadway excavation working face.
