摘 要:为解决采煤工作面液压支架移架滞后的问题,提出了在工作面机头安装蓄能器的方案。首先对工作面需液量进行了理论计算,并基于流量需求给出了蓄能器选型方法。以张家峁煤矿新建大采高工作面为例,根据选型方法选取合适规格的蓄能器,建立全工作面液压系统仿真模型,对在工作面机头安装蓄能器的方案进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,安装合适规格的蓄能器后,借助其流量补偿的作用,推移千斤顶可同步完成推溜移架动作。To solve the problem of lag behind of the hydraulic support in coal working face,installing an accumulator on the head of the working face was proposed.Firstly,a theoretical calculation was conducted on the flow demand of the working face,and a method for selecting the accumulator based on the flow demand was proposed.Taking the newly built large mining height working face in Zhangjiamao coal mine as an example,an appropriate specification accumulator was selected according to the selection method,and a simulation model of the hydraulic system of the entire working face was established.The scheme of installing an accumulator in the head of the working face was simulated and verified.The simulation results show that when installed the appropriate specification of the accumulator,with the help of its flow compensation function,the push jack can complete the pushing scraper conveyor and moving support synchronously.
