摘  要:为缓解液压支架DN50及其以上管径的架间管接头处漏液问题,通过对比DN、SSKV等胶管接头形式和挤压面积,确认SSKV接头形式更能适用于大通径架间管。在分析了某案例O形圈+挡圈结构的密封形式应用在架间管接头处的弊端及其原因的基础上,将千斤顶中应用成熟的聚氨酯密封材质应用在SSKV接头形式的密封中;在样机试验、多批次应用案例基础上证明聚氨酯整体密封形式可以更好地适应架间管的SSKV接头形式。To alleviate the problem of liquid leakage at the inter frame pipe joint of hydraulic support with pipe diameter of DN50 and above,it was confirmed that the SSKV joint form is more suitable for large diameter inter frame pipe by comparing the parameters of DN,SSKV and other rubber pipe joint forms and extrusion areas.On the basis of analyzing the drawbacks and reasons of the sealing application of O-ring+retaining ring structure in a certain case at the inter frame pipe,mature polyurethane sealing material applied in the jack was applied to the sealing of SSKV joint form.Based on prototype tests and multiple batch application cases,it was proved that the overall sealing form of polyurethane can better adapt to the SSKV joint form of inter frame pipe.
