摘　　要：针对将军戈壁二矿露天破碎站2PLF100/300分级破碎机调试期间出现的齿辊卡堵、电流保护、30~80 mm煤块产品粒度超限等问题,通过调节上下游设备联锁关系、调整齿辊间距、增设溜槽布料装置,使破碎系统工艺得到优化,同时延长了破碎齿板使用寿命,降低了30~80 mm煤块产品粒度超限率,提高了整体运行效率。In view of the problems such as tooth roll jamming,current protection and the out of limit rate of 30-80 mm coal products of the 2PLF100/300 sizingcrusher in Jiangjun Gebi No.2 coal mine open-pit crusher station during the commissioning,the crushing system process was optimized by adjusting the interlocking relationship between upstream and downstream equipment,adjusting the tooth roll spacing,and adding chute distribution device,at the same time,the service life of the crushing tooth plate was extended,the out of limit rate of 30-80 mm coal products was reduced,and the overall operating efficiency was improved.
