摘 要:当煤矿井下瓦斯抽放孔钻孔施工中遇到f≥12的岩层时,采用PDC钻头的回转切削效率极低。为解决煤矿井下硬岩钻进的技术难题,提出了煤矿井下高能液动锤的成套配置方案。采用该技术方案开展了井下钻孔试验。试验结果表明,在石英砂岩(10≤f≤12)中,机械钻速18.63~32.84 m/h;在硅质泥岩(12≤f≤17)中,平均机械钻速21.91 m/h。为煤矿井下硬岩钻进提供了一种新技术,可提高煤矿硬岩钻进效率。When drilling gas drainage holes in underground coal mine in rock formations with a rock hardness f≥12,the rotary cutting efficiency of using PDC drill bits is extremely low.To solve the technical difficulties of hard rock drilling in underground coal mine,proposed a complete configuration scheme of high-energy hydraulic hammer in underground coal mines.Drilling experiments were conducted using this technical scheme in underground coal mine.The experimental results show that in quartz sandstone(10≤f≤12),the mechanical drilling speed is 18.63-32.84 m/h;in siliceous mudstone(12≤f≤17),with an average mechanical drilling speed is 21.91 m/h.It provides a new technology for hard rock drilling in underground coal mine,which can improve the efficiency of hard rock drilling in coal mine.
