高效液相色谱-质谱法测定羽绒中的APEO净化方法的探讨

摘  要:针对羽绒样品中存在油脂可能污染仪器及造成烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)假阳性的风险,本文参照标准GB/T 23322—2018《纺织品表面活性剂的测定烷基酚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚》,通过回收率、精密度等探讨了采用固相萃取净化的方式除杂,高效液相色谱-质谱法测定羽绒中APEO的可行性。结果表明,该方法的检出限为0.08 mg/kg;OPEO的回收率为89.3%~114.7%,NPEO的回收率为91.4%~117.2%,相对标准偏差为1.35%~7.64%。该方法灵敏度高、检出限低,有效减少了羽绒基质中的杂质带来的检测干扰。In response to the potential contamination of instruments and the risk of false positives of alkylphenol polyethoxylates(APEO)caused by oils and fats in down garments,this article refered to the standard GB/T 23322—2018"Textiles-Determination of surfactant-Alkylphenols and Alkylphenol polyethoxylates"and explored the feasibility of the method based on solid-phase extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of alkylphenol polyethoxylates(APEO)in down garments.The results indicated that the detection limit was 0.08 mg/kg;The recoveries of OPEO ranged from 89.3%to 114.7%,and the recoveries of NPEO ranged from 91.4%to 117.2%with the relative standard deviation ranging from 1.35%to 7.64%.This method had high sensitivity and low detection limit,effectively reducing the detection interference caused by impurities in the down garments.
