摘　　要：分析了氯化氢石墨合成炉装置维修的原因,提出了氯化氢石墨合成炉的维护措施,通过预防维修来减少石墨合成炉异常停炉次数.The reasons for the maintenance of the hydrogen chloride graphite synthesis furnace are analyzed in depth,and the preventive maintenance measures for the equipment hydrogen chloride graphite synthesis furnace are put forward to reduce the number of abnormal shutdown of the graphite synthesis furnace。
