摘　　要：液氯充装属于重大危险源,在液氯充装基础上进行升级改造,增加卸车平台、自动控制、安全设施等。安全提升改造后,达到了液氯槽车充装和卸车要求,为企业的安全稳定运行奠定了基础。Liquid chlorine filling is a major hazard source,and it is upgraded on the basis of liquid chlorine filling,and the unloading platform,automatic control,and safety facilities are added.After the safety improvement and transformation,it meets the requirements of filling and unloading of liquid chlorine tankers,laying the foundation for the safe and stable operation of the enterprise.
