摘 要:用六偏磷酸钠为抑制剂,通过单矿物浮选试验、人工混合矿浮选试验、浮选溶液化学计算、分子动力学模拟、动电位测定研究菱锰矿和方解石的浮选行为以及六偏磷酸钠的作用机理。结果表明,采用六偏磷酸钠为抑制剂可以实现菱锰矿与方解石的浮选分离;六偏磷酸钠能够选择性抑制方解石的主要原因是六偏磷酸钠在溶液中主要以HPO_(4)^(2-)形式存在,HPO_(4)^(2-)会吸附在方解石表面从而抑制方解石的上浮,但在菱锰矿表面基本不发生吸附,不影响菱锰矿上浮,从而实现两种矿物的浮选分离。Using sodium hexametaphosphate as an inhibitor,the flotation behavior of rhodochrosite and calcite,as well as the mechanism of sodium hexametaphosphate,were studied through single mineral flotation experiments,artificial mixed ore flotation experiments,flotation solution chemical calculations,molecular dynamics simulations,and potentiodynamic measurements.The results indicate that using sodium hexametaphosphate as an inhibitor can achieve flotation separation of rhodochrosite and calcite.The main reason why sodium hexametaphosphate can selectively inhibit the flotation of calcite is that the main form of sodium hexametaphosphate in solution,HPO_(4)^(2-),will adsorb on the surface of calcite,thereby inhibiting its flotation.However,there is basically no adsorption on the surface of rhodochrosite,which does not affect its flotation,thus achieving flotation separation of the two minerals.
