摘 要:采用熔盐储换热方案并结合分时电价、电力交易等多能协同控制技术,进行了烟气熔盐储换热系统回收铜冶炼高温烟气余热研究。分析了换热过程中的热量流和物质流,估算出10h储热熔盐用量和熔盐储罐尺寸,此规模熔盐储换热系统固定投资约为925万元,以熔盐储换热系统替代余热锅炉,资本回收年限约为5.7a。在峰平谷电价时,熔盐储换热系统发电效益优于余热锅炉,且适应烟气波动、减小耗电工艺对电网冲击负荷。讨论了烟气温度、流量、SO_(2)含量对熔盐流量、蒸汽产量以及发电量的影响。结果表明,随着烟气温度、流量、SO_(2)含量的增加,系统熔盐流量、蒸汽产量以及发电量呈现正相关。By adopting the molten salt storage heat transfer scheme and combining the multi-function collaborative control technology such as time-o--use electricity price and power trading,the study on the recovery of waste heat from high temperature flue gas of copper smelting by the molten sat storage heat transfer system was carried out.The heat flow and material flow in the heat transfer process were analyzed,and the amount of molten sat storage in 10 h and the size of molten sat storage tank were estimated.The fixed investment of this scale of molten sat storage heat transfer system was about 9.25 million Yuan.By replacing waste heat boiler with molten sat storage heat transfer system,the capital recovery lite is about 5.7 years.The power efticiency of molten sat storage heat transfer system is better than that of waste heat boiler during the peak and valley electricity price,and t can adapt to the gas fluctuation and reduce the impact load of power consumption process on the power grid.The effects of Hue gas temperature,low rate and SO_(2) content on molten sat low rate,steam production and power generation were discussed.With the increase of Hue gas temperature,low rate and SO_(2) content,molten sat low rate,steam production and power generation showed a positive correlation.
