摘 要:由于攀枝花某钛铁矿石中钛、铁矿物致密共生,嵌布粒度细,造成选铁尾矿中钛的损失严重。为回收选铁尾矿中的钛资源,对含钛铁尾矿进行工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:矿石中钛、铁品位分别为6.25%和11.84%。钛物相主要为钛铁矿,其占比为59.38%,榍石和硅酸盐矿物中赋存的钛多达29.39%。钛铁矿集合体的嵌布粒度为0.016~0.032mm。在此基础上,开展钛回收工艺探索试验,结果表明:强磁选-浮选组合流程效果较好。在磨矿细度为-0.048mm占比为85%、磁感应强度为1.2T的条件下,经过“一粗一扫三精”的开路浮选,可获得TiO2品位46.56%,作业回收率42.71%的分选指标。The loss of titanium in iron tailings is severe due to the dense symbiosis and the fine-grained embedding characteristics of titanium and iron minerals in a titanium ore from Panzhihua.To recover the titanium valuable metal from this iron tailing,process mineralogy of iron tailings was investigated tirstly,and the results showed that the grades of titanium and iron in the ore were 6.25%and 11.84%,respectively.The titanium phase was mainly in the form of ilmenite,which occupied 59.38%in the total titanium.Additionally,the titanium existed in the sphene and silicate minerals as much as 29.39%.The distribution size of ilmenite aggregate was 0.016-0.032 mm.Furthermore,the exploratory trials were performed on the titanium-contained iron tailings.The results confirmed that the combined process of HIMS and ilotation provided a better access to recover the ilmenite from this tailing.Under a grinding fineness of-0.048 pirn accounting for 85%,a magnetic induction intensity of 1.2 T and open-circuit flotation ilowsheets of"one-time roughing,one-time scavenging and three-times cleaning",the Ti02 grade of the high intensity magnetic separation(HIMS)concentrate was improved to 46.56%and operating recovery rate of 42.71%was be obtained.Herein,the present study provides some references for the secondary utilization of similar titanium-bearing tailings.
