摘 要:针对弹塑性行为对铁磁材料磁巴克豪森噪声(MBN)效应的影响,基于准静态单轴拉伸试验,对比研究了3种典型碳钢弹塑性阶段的应力-应变关系与MBN特征值之间的关联性,并对材料损伤位置进行了快速MBN表征。试验结果表明:含碳量对MBN信号具有较大影响,随着拉伸应力增加,MBN信号显著增强,在弹性临界点达到峰值形成饱和;进入塑性变形阶段后,MBN信号变化平缓但总体下降,固溶强化可进一步提高磁畴壁运动阻力,导致MBN信号降低更快直至断裂;应力卸载后,试样表面MBN特征值最低位置与断裂部位基本一致。Aiming at the effects of elastic-plastic behaviors on the magnetic Barkhausen noise(MBN)signals,having quasi-static uniaxial tensile tests based to comparatively investigate the correlations between stress-strain relationship and MBN emission in three typical carbon steels was implemented,including characterizing the material damage.The results show that,the carbon content has a great influence on the MBN signals.With the increasing of tensile stress,the MBN signals become significantly increased and reach a peak value and get saturated in the elastic region.In the plastic deformation region,the MBN signals’change is flat but decline overall and the solid solution strengthening can further increase the resistance of the magnetic domain wall motion,and result in the MBN signals decreasing faster until breaks.After the stress unloading,the lowest MBN signal on the sample surface complies with the fracture position basically.
