摘  要:为了赋予黏胶纤维抗菌除臭功能,提高纤维的附加值,采用共混纺丝法将板蓝根提取物和硅藻土提取物按照一定比例添加到黏胶纺丝液中,通过湿法纺丝制备具有抗菌除臭功能的黏胶纤维,并对改性功能纤维的力学性能、抗菌及除臭性能进行测试与研究。结果表明:与普通黏胶相比,功能纤维的形貌并未发生明显变化,机械性能符合国家标准,对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌表现出抑制作用,对异戊酸、氨气和醋酸的浓度降低率分别为92.40%、98.00%和88.00%,可为抗菌除臭功能纺织品的开发提供参考。In order to endow viscose fibers with antibacterial and deodorizing functions and improve their added value,a co blend spinning method was used to add extracts of Radix Isatidis and silicious earth in a certain proportion to the viscose spinning solution.Viscous fibers with antibacterial and deodorizing functions were prepared by wet spinning,and the mechanical properties,antibacterial and deodorizing properties of the modified functional fibers were tested and studied.The results showed that compared with ordinary viscose fibers,the morphology of the functional fibers did not change significantly,and the mechanical properties met the national standards.The functional fibers showed inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans and Klebsiella pneumoniae.The concentration reduction rates of isovaleric acid,ammonia and acetic acid were 92.40%,98.00%and 88.00%,respectively,which could be used for the development of antibacterial and deodorizing f unctional textiles.
