摘 要:文章立足于上海轨道交通大客流管理的实际情况,以客流的宏观特性和微观特性为切入点,研究了客流不均衡的主要区段和产生原因,并对某连续三年进出站客流和重点车站客流增长的数据进行了分析,对缓解客流不均衡的可行性进行了论证。研究发现,高峰时段的前后邻近时间段内存在较大的满载率和运力余量,采取弹性票价、换乘引导等措施将客流不均衡区段进行转移在理论上是可行的。This article is based on the actual situation of large passenger flow management in Shanghai Rail Transit,taking the macro and micro characteristics of passenger flow as the entry point,studying the main sections and causes of passenger flow imbalance,and analyzing the data of passenger flow growth in a certain station and key stations for three consecutive years,demonstrating the feasibility of alleviating passenger flow imbalance.Research has found that there is a large load capacity and capacity surplus in the adjacent time periods before and after peak hours.It is theoretically feasible to adopt measures such as flexible ticket prices and transfer guidance to transfer the uneven passenger flow sections.
