摘  要:在美军“联合全域作战”最顶层作战概念背景下应运而生的先进作战管理系统(Advanced Battle Management System,ABMS),是美国空军落实国防部发展联合全域指挥控制(Joint All-Domain Command and Control,JADC2)开放式、模块化、可快速迭代演进升级要求的官方解决方案。ABMS减少了对装备层面的关注,侧重通过构建云环境、人工智能和新的通信方法,使各军种能够无缝共享数据,实时协调海、陆、空、天和网电等所有作战域的军事行动。首先阐明ABMS的概念与定位,详细剖析了ABMS的核心基础与应用产品构成,进一步阐述ABMS联合演示试验历程与特点,以及当前ABMS主要进展计划。在此基础上分析总结了ABMS的突出特点和优势,提出跨域联合作战体系建设的必然性。The Advanced Battle Management System(ABMS),which emerged in the context of the top-level operational concept of“Joint All-domain Operations”in the US military,is the official solution for the US Air Force to implement the requirements of the Department of Defense's development of Joint All-domain Command and Control(JADC2),which is open,modular,and can be rapidly iterated and upgraded.ABMS has reduced its focus on equipment level,focusing on building cloud environments,artificial intelligence,and new communication methods to enable seamless data sharing among various services,and real-time coordination of military operations in all combat domains such as sea,land,air,space,and network power.Firstly,the concept and positioning of ABMS are clarified,and the core foundation and application product composition of ABMS are analyzed in detail.Furthermore,the process and characteristics of ABMS joint demonstration experiments are elaborated,as well as the current main progress plans of ABMS.On this basis,the outstanding characteristics and advantages of ABMS were analyzed and summarized,and the inevitability of building a cross domain joint combat system was proposed.
