摘　　要：介绍了某公司对10万t/a烧碱和12万t/a聚氯乙烯生产装置进行的节能降耗改造及达到的效果。The energy-saving and consumption reducing transformation of a 100-kt/a caustic soda and 120-kt/a polyvinyl chloride production unit in a company was introduced,as well as the results achieved.
