摘 要:采用信息化手段加强维修质量管理水平是推行管理精细化、成本工程和提高装备全寿命周期质量效能的有效途径。文章提出基于维修过程的质量信息管理方法并开发了管理应用系统,以装备维修过程质量管理为应用背景,分析装备维修质量管理体系中质量信息的采集和应用、质量管理中存在的主要矛盾,提出加强装备维修质量管理体系建设的对策措施。所研制的基于维修过程的质量信息管理系统具有易用性、可靠性、可维护性等特色,满足装备维修过程质量管理信息需求,促进装备维修质量体系整体效率和水平的提高。The use of information technology to strengthen the level of maintenance quality management is an effective approach to implement refined management,cost engineering and improve the quality of equipment throughout the life cycle.This paper proposed the method of quality information management based on the maintenance process and developed an application system,taking the quality management of equipment maintenance process as the application background,analyzing the main contradictions existing in the collection and application of quality information and quality management system,and suggesting the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of quality management system of equipment maintenance.The developed quality information management system based on the maintenance process is featured with ease of use,reliability and maintainability,which meets the quality management information needs of the equipment maintenance process and facilitates the improvement of the overall efficiency and level of the equipment maintenance quality system.
