谷氨酰胺对JAL1杂交瘤细胞生长代谢的影响

摘　　要：为研究不同浓度的谷氨的酰胺对JAL1 杂交瘤细胞生长、葡萄糖消耗、乳酸及氨生成等代谢过程的影响。在细胞培养箱中 ,用含不同浓度谷氨酰胺的培养液培养细胞 ,培养条件为pH 7 0～ 7 5 ,温度 37℃ ,5 %CO2 。实验表明 ,适宜于该株杂交瘤细胞生长的谷氨酰胺浓度为 2mmol/L ,谷氨酰胺浓度与细胞的葡萄糖消耗呈反比 ,与乳酸生成浓度呈反比 。In the incubator,JAL1 hybridoma cells were cultivated in flask bottles in batch mode The cultural condition was pH 7 0～7 5,temperature 37℃,and 5% CO 2 The effects of different concentrations of L-glutamine on the growth and metabolism of cells as well as production of lactic acid,ammonia and antibody were investigated It was found that,for JAL1 cell,the optimal concentration of L-glutamine is 2 mmol/L It was also found t hat the concentration of L-glutamine was in inverse ratio to glucose consumptio n,and lactic acid production in direct ratio to ammonia production -
