摘　　要：中文电子书是新时代我国重要的文献信息资源,高校图书馆作为中文电子书的收藏单位,其建设情况直接影响着我国文献信息资源保障能力。近年来国内高校图书馆的中文电子书供应市场呈现多元复杂的竞争态势,资源建设受到影响。通过网络调查法、文献调查法、访谈法识别当前国内高校图书馆中文电子书的供应主体,在此基础上归纳出国内高校图书馆中文电子书建设的3条典型路径:一是数据库集成商和图书馆为基,多源协同的建设路径;二是数据库集成商为基,馆配商等新兴主体崛起的建设路径;三是以数据库集成商为主的单一建设路径。提出加强高校图书馆中文电子书建设的几点思考:构建供应层级合理的中文电子书建设路径,提高免费资源整合与资源共建共享能力,提升高校图书馆在电子书产业链中的话语权,科学开展中文电子书馆藏质量评价。Chinese e-books are important literature and information resources in the new era.As a collection unit of Chinese e-books,the construction of university libraries directly affects China’s ability to guarantee Chinese literature and information resources.In recent years,the supply market of Chinese e-books in university libraries presents a diversified and complex competitive situation,which affects the construction of resources.Through network investigation,literature investigation,and interview method,this paper identifies the suppliers of Chinese e-books in Chinese university libraries.On this basis,it summarizes three construction paths of Chinese e-books in Chinese university libraries.One is the construction path of multi-source collaboration based on database integrators and libraries.The second is the construction path based on database integrators and the rise of emerging entities such as library service providers.The third is a single construction path dominated by database integrators.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of Chinese e-books in university libraries:building Chinese e-books construction path with reasonable levels,improving the ability of free resource integration and resource sharing,improving the speaking right of university libraries in the e-book industry chain,and scientifically carrying out quality evaluation of Chinese e-book collections.
