基于壮医“道”“路”学说论治男性不育症

摘　　要：目的 男性不育症是男科门诊常见疾病,此病病因复杂,困扰着全球大约15%的育龄夫妇。宾彬教授为广西名中医,从事男科临床、科研、教学工作30余载,对男性不育症具有丰富的治疗经验及独到心得,倡导从“脾肾两虚兼湿、热、瘀、毒、虫”论治少弱精子症,并借鉴壮医药“三道两路”等学说提出“精道(子道)以通为用”,创新发展为“四道两路”学说,认为男性不育症的治疗要着眼“精道”的通畅,男性疾病治疗亦应以通为用、以通为顺、以通为要。Male infertility is a common disease in male clinics,with a complex etiology that troubles about 15%of couples of childbearing age worldwide.Professor Bin Bin,a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Guangxi,has been engaged in male clinical,scientific research,and teaching works for more than 30 years.He has rich treatment experience and unique insights on male infertility,advocating the treatment of oligozoospermia and asthenospermia from the perspective of"spleen and kidney deficiency combined with dampness,heat,blood stasis,toxicity,and insects".He also proposes the theory of"three passages and two channels"of Zhuang medicine,which is used for communication.He innovates and develops the theory of"four passages and two channels".He believes that the treatment of male infertility should focus on the patency of the"Jing Paths",and the treatment of male diseases should also be based on patency,smoothness,and necessity.
