摘　　要：中国传统文化中蕴藏着深厚而独有的康养思想,由蔚为大观的传统园林一脉承袭而来,形成了深厚的历史渊源。其思想与理论在当今时代背景下的研究价值不言而喻,有待深入阐释与梳理。文章通过挖掘传统康养思想内涵与成因沿革,并以朱雀国家森林公园为例,从自然康养、植物疗法和意境营造三个方面进行讨论。深入探析在其思想倡导下,对以公民园居健康生活为基础,以公共卫生应急为最终目标的现代森林公园构建提出几点展望。旨在将传统康养思想纳入森林公园环境营建理论体系,为以“健康中国”发展战略为导向的现代森林公园建设与研究提供一定借鉴意义。The profound and unique idea of health and well-being in Traditional Chinese culture is inherited from the traditional garden,which forms a The profound and unique idea of health and well-being in Traditional Chinese culture is inherited from the traditional garden,which forms a profound historical origin.The research value of his thought and theory in the current era is self-evident and needs to be further explained and sorted out.This paper explores the connotation and evolution of traditional health care thought,and takes Zhuque National Forest Park as an example to discuss it from three aspects:natural health care,plant therapy and artistic conception.Based on its ideas,this paper puts forward several prospects for the construction of modern forest park,which is based on the healthy life of citizens’garden and takes public health emergency as the ultimate goal.The aim is to integrate the traditional health thought into the theoretical system of forest park environmental construction,and provide certain reference significance for the construction and research of modern forest park guided by the development strategy of“Healthy China”.
