摘  要:为了更好地满足灌溉系统的要求,针对明渠平板闸门过闸流量特性,提出一种基于物联网和PLC的灌区测控闸门智能化控制系统,以期实现对流量的准确控制,进而实现灌溉需求。结果表明,周奕琦、李红及吴立新流速流量系数对系统的匹配度均有不同。其中,周奕琦公式在工况3条件下最大相对误差为37.57%,李红公式误差在20%处浮动,而研究所提出的公式相对误差仅为4.16%,表明研究提出的公式对于系统的实用性较强。研究结果可为灌区测控闸门智能化控制系统的设计提供参考。In order to better meet the requirements of the irrigation system,an intelligent control system of irrigation district measuring and controlling gates based on the internet of things and PLC is proposed for the overflow characteristics of the open canal flat gates,with a view to achieving accurate control of the flow rate and thus the irrigation demand.The results of the study show that ZHOU Yi-qi,LI Hong and WU Li-xin flow rate flow coefficients are different for the matching of the system,the maximum relative error of ZHOU Yi-qi’s formula under working condition 3 is 37.57%,while the error of LI Hong’s formula floats at 20%and the relative error of the formula proposed by the study is only 4.16%.So the formula proposed by the study is more practical for the system.The results of the study provide a reference for the design of intelligent control system for measuring and controlling gates in irrigation areas.
