摘　　要：介绍一种不溶性硫黄分散性等级评价方法及其应用。采用特定的混炼工艺将含待评价不溶性硫黄的特定配方胶料混炼均匀,利用电子摄像机对胶料截面进行观察,统计不溶性硫黄颗粒尺寸大小和数目,依据不溶性硫黄分散性等级评价表对其分散性进行评定。将4种不溶性硫黄应用于带束层胶实际生产配方中,通过检测硫化胶的拉伸强度评价不溶性硫黄的分散性,结果表明不溶性硫黄在实际生产配方胶料中的分散性与此评价方法评价不溶性硫黄的分散性结果保持一致。A method for evaluating the dispersibility of insoluble sulfur and its application were introduced.The specific formula compound containing insoluble sulfur to be evaluated were homogeneously mixed by a specific mixing process,the compound cross-section was observed with an electronic camera,the size and number of insoluble sulfur particles were counted,and the dispersibility of insoluble sulfur was evaluated according to the evaluation grade table of its dispersion.Four kinds of insoluble sulfur were applied to the actual production formula of the belt compound.The dispersion of insoluble sulfur was evaluated by testing the tensile strength of the vulcanizate.The results showed that the dispersibility of insoluble sulfur in the actual production formula was consistent with the dispersibility of insoluble sulfur evaluated by this evaluation method.
