摘　　要：糖尿病前期(prediabetes mellitus,Pre-DM)为正常糖代谢向糖尿病过渡的必经阶段,在该阶段进行有效干预和治疗是降低糖尿病发病率的关键。目前,Pre-DM发病机制尚不明确,治疗方式和手段缺乏有力依据。中医辨证保健是Pre-DM这一亚健康期的优势干预措施,中医证候模型有利于更好地评价中药复方保健产品,是其深入研究的基础和支撑。通过对Pre-DM的诊断标准、临床研究现状、中医病因病机和辨证分型及现有造模方法进行全面的梳理和总结,并在此基础上提出Pre-DM动物模型造模方法和评价策略,进一步探讨其中医证候模型的合理性,为阐释Pre-DM病理生理变化与中医证候间的关系,为中医有效预防和保健措施提供参考。Prediabetes mellitus(Pre-DM)is a necessary stage in the transition from normal glucose metabolism to diabetes mellitus,and effective intervention and treatment at this stage is the key to reducing the incidence of diabetes mellitus.Currently,the pathogenesis of Pre-DM is not clear,and the treatment and methods lack strong evidence.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)evidence-based health care is an advantageous intervention for Pre-DM,a sub-health status,and the TCM evidence model is conducive to a better evaluation of TCM compound health care products,which is the basis and support for its in-depth study.By comprehensively combing and summarizing the diagnostic criteria of Pre-DM,the current status of clinical research,the TCM etiology and pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation,as well as the existing modelling methods,and proposing the modelling methods and evaluation strategies of the animal model of Pre-DM on this basis,we can further explore the reasonableness of the TCM evidence model,so as to elucidate the relationship between the pathophysiological changes of Pre-DM and TCM evidence-based model,and provide a reference for effective prevention and healthcare measures in TCM.The results of this study will provide reference for the interpretation of the relationship between the pathophysiological changes of Pre-DM and TCM symptom,and for the effective prevention and health care measures in TCM.
