摘　　要：文章总结上海市深化“多规合一”改革的经验与亮点,并以改革工作为抓手,深入贯彻落实自然资源部工作部署;同时,结合上海市工作实际,深入探索创新规划土地政策,支撑保障“三大工程”建设。This paper summarizes the experiences and highlights of deepening of the"multi-planning integration"reform,and takes the reform work as the starting point,deeply implements the work deployment of the Ministry of Natural Resources.In conjunction with the practical work in Shanghai,it explores innovative planning and land use policies to support the construction of the three major projects.
