摘 要:铁死亡是一种近期发现的可调节的程序性细胞坏死方式,涉及铁代谢、脂质代谢、氨基酸代谢等多种代谢过程,其主要特征为脂质过氧化物生成、活性氧超载和谷胱甘肽消耗等。研究证实铁死亡参与了多种心血管疾病病理生理过程。本文总结了铁死亡调控机制及国内外关于铁死亡在心血管疾病中的研究进展,旨在为心血管疾病的预防和治疗提供新思路。Ferroptosis is a recently discovered regulated form of programmed cell death,involving various metabolic processes such as iron metabolism,lipid metabolism,and amino acid metabolism.Its main features include lipid peroxide generation,oxidative stress,and glutathione depletion.Studies have confirmed the involvement of ferroptosis in various pathophysiological processes of cardiovascular diseases.This article summarizes the regulatory mechanisms of ferroptosis and the research progress on ferroptosis in cardiovascular diseases both domestically and internationally,aiming to provide new insights for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
