摘 要:在风机周围的环境中存在其他风源、建筑物、地形影响因素,导致准确采集风机风速和风向难度较高,使得风机功率测试结果不准确。为此,该文提出一种机舱式激光雷达应用下风机功率测试方法。利用机舱式激光雷达技术测量风速、风向;采用零均值化方式与滤波器预处理功率信号、计算转矩,并借助频谱分析算法计算同频信号的扭转角;根据磁阻传感器输出的交流电流信号计算风机相位差,最终得出风机功率,完成风机功率测试。实验结果表明,所提方法满足风机测试精度等级要求,且测试精度高,8台风机只用18 ms内即可完成功率测试。There are other wind sources,buildings,and terrain factors in the environment around the fan,which makes it difficult to accurately collect the wind speed and direction of the fan,resulting in inaccurate fan power test results.Therefore,a method of fan power measurement under nacelle lidar application is proposed.The wind speed and direction are measured by the nacelle lidar technology.Zero-averaging method and filter are used to pre-process the power signal,calculate the torque,and calculate the torsion angle of the same frequency signal with the help of spectrum analysis algorithm.According to the AC current signal output by the reluctance sensor,the phase difference of the fan is calculated,and the power of the fan is finally obtained.The experimental results show that the proposed method meets the requirements of the test accuracy grade of the fan,and the test accuracy is high.The power test of 8 fans can be completed within 18 ms.
