摘　　要：在蒸发装置表冷器和真空泵中间增加换热器机组,通过导流延长蒸汽有效冷凝的长度,对尾部蒸汽深度冷凝,在保证系统负压稳定的情况下,降低真空泵的运行负荷,减小真空机组设备规模,达到了节省设备投资和降低运行能耗的目的。The heat exchanger unit is added in the middle of the surface cooler and the vacuum pump of the evaporation unit,the length of the effective condensation of steam is extended through diversion,the steam at the tail is deeply condensed,and the operating load of the vacuum pump and the equipment scale of the vacuum unit are reduced under the condition of ensuring the stability of the negative pressure of the system,so as to save equipment investment and reduce the operating energy consumption.
