摘　　要：本文主要探究了环己烷输送泵在高温高压条件下的一种复合密封方案,该方案利用车床技术对静环座进行改造,解决了轴与设备间隙泄漏的问题。通过对低密度热流体在高温高压下的研究,尝试改变原厂机械密封形式,解决了环己烷输送泵机械密封端面磨损、烧结等问题。A composite sealing scheme of cyclohexane transfer pump under high temperature and high pressure conditions was explored,which used lathe technology to transform the static ring seat and solve the problem of gap leakage between the shaft and the equipment.Through the study of low-density thermal fluid under high temperature and high pressure,tried to change the form of the original mechanical seal,and solved the problems of end face wear and sintering of the mechanical seal of cyclohexane transfer pump.
