摘　　要：迄今为止,“历史分期”因其能够直接影响历史学科知识体系的建构,在中外历史学界始终被普遍视作历史研究之至关重要的基础性、理论性问题,“治安史分期”亦不可能例外。鉴于我国治安史分期研究现状,其亟待解决的理论问题聚焦于如何选择并采用适宜的研究范式从中国社会由治达安实践的特质、要素、驱力、机制中抽绎其蕴涵的基本问题,并通过科学回答、阐释这些问题,确立治安史分期的合理适用标准,设计治安史分期研究、叙述的逻辑架构,彰显治安史分期的专门史特质,丰富治安史分期的专业话语形式,并为治安学研究提供最基本的理论框架。So far,historical periodization has been regarded as a fundamental and theoretical issue in historical research of academia due to its ability to directly influence the construction of the knowledge system of the history discipline,the same applies to the periodization of public security history.Given the current status of research on the history of public security in China,the urgent theoretical issue to be addressed focus on how to choose and adopt appropriate research paradigm,such as the fundamental issues and basic framework of phased research,as well as the reasonable standards and elements of phased research,aim to highlight the characteristics of public security history as a specialized history,construct its professional discourse system and historical types,and provide basic theoretical resources for public security research.
