摘　　要：股四头肌萎缩是膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后临床常见的现象,短期内它不仅影响患者的生理及心理健康,长远看也会影响患者的生活质量。本文主要对前交叉韧带重建术后股四头肌萎缩的研究现状进行综述,阐述其发生机制及治疗策略,为临床早期发现及治疗股四头肌萎缩提供理论支持,最终改善患者的康复结局。Quadriceps atrophy is a common complication after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.It affects patients'physical and mental health in the short term,and also affects patients'quality of life in the long term.This article mainly reviews the current researches regarding quadriceps atrophy after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,elaborates its mechanism and interventions,and provides evidence for early detection and the treatment of quadriceps atrophy,in order to improve the patients'treatment outcome.
