摘　　要：神经损伤在世界范围内仍是导致机体残疾和死亡的主要原因,神经损伤主要包括创伤性脑损伤和缺血性脑卒中等。乙酰谷酰胺是临床治疗神经损伤的常用药物,可透过血脑屏障作用于脑组织及神经系统。现已被证明,乙酰谷酰胺可提高神经系统可塑性,促进神经细胞代谢,对创伤性脑损伤、缺血性脑卒中等各种原因所致的神经损伤具有确切疗效。本研究就乙酰谷酰胺治疗神经损伤的研究进展做一综述。Objective Nerve injury is still a major cause of disability and death worldwide,including traumatic brain injury and ischemic stroke.Aceglutamide is a commonly used drug in clinical treatment of nerve injury,which can act on brain tissue and nervous system through the blood-brain barrier.It has been proved that Aceglutamide can improve the plasticity of the nervous system,promote the metabolism of nerve cells,and have a definite effect on nerve injury caused by various reasons such as traumatic brain injury and ischemic stroke.In this study,the research progress of Aceglutamide in the treatment of nerve injury is reviewed.
