循证护理对重症心肌炎患者的治疗效果及护理满意度影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理对重症心肌炎患者治疗效果及护理满意度的影响,为临床护理提供依据。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年2月北华大学附属医院收治的64例重症心肌炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施循证护理干预。比较两组患者治疗效果、并发症及护理满意度情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.143,P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.216,P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.379,P<0.05)。结论:对重症心肌炎患者实施循证护理干预,能够明显提升患者的治疗效果,显著降低其并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the impact of evidence-based nursing on the therapeutic effects and nursing satisfaction of patients with severe myocarditis,and to provide a basis for clinical care.Methods:64 cases of severe myocarditis patients admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group used conventional care,and the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing interventions.The treatment effects,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.143,P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.216,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.379,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of evi-dence-based nursing interventions for patients with severe myocarditis can significantly enhance the treatment effect,significantly reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
