摘　　要：总结费爱华主任治疗围绝经期综合征的临床经验。费爱华主任认为,围绝经期综合征是女性在进入绝经期前后常见的一种病症,其病位主在肝肾,病因病机为肾精亏虚,肝失疏泄,血瘀贯穿其中。治疗上主要采取针、药、心理疏导三者配合,以达到疏肝解郁、滋阴补肾、活血调经、调畅情志的目的。此法临床应用多次,有一定的参考价值。Summarize Director FEI Aihua’s clinical experience in treating perimenopausal syndrome.Director FEI Aihua believes that perimenopausal syndrome is a common disease in women before and after entering menopause.The disease is mainly located in the liver and kidneys.The cause and pathogenesis are kidney essence deficiency,liver failure and diarrhea,and blood stasis running through it..Treatment mainly adopts a combination of acupuncture,medicine,and psychological counseling to achieve the goals of soothing the liver and relieving stagnation,nourishing yin and nourishing the kidney,activating blood circulation,regulating menstruation,and regulating emotions.This method has been used clinically many times and has certain reference value.
