摘　　要：中药蜈蚣具有息风镇痉、通络止痛、攻毒散结等功效,常被用于治疗归属毒、瘀等证的肿瘤相关疾病,其抗肿瘤机制涉及抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、抑制新生血管、调节免疫等方面,因其治疗作用及毒性作用,临床运用及研究显示出其在抗肿瘤领域有广泛的药用价值和一定的局限性。该文对中药蜈蚣抗肿瘤作用机制及临床运用进行综述,以期为蜈蚣药理、毒理的进一步深入研究及临床治疗肿瘤相关疾病提供新的思路。The traditional Chinese medicine centipede has the effects of calming wind and spasm,dredging collaterals and relieving pain,attacking poison and dissipating stagnation,etc.It is often used to treat tumor-related diseases attributed to poison,blood stasis and other syndromes.Its anti-tumor mechanism involves inhibiting cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis,In terms of inhibiting new blood vessels,regulating immunity,etc.,due to its therapeutic effects and toxic effects,clinical application and research have shown that it has extensive medicinal value and certain limitations in the field of anti-tumor.This article reviews the anti-tumor action mechanism and clinical application of centipede,a traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide new ideas for further in-depth research on centipede pharmacology and toxicology and clinical treatment of tumor-related diseases.
