摘　　要：盆腔炎性疾病后遗症是盆腔炎性疾病的遗留病变,有易复发,症状迁延日久的特点,对患者机体及心理健康造成极大影响。庐江徐氏妇科为安徽省自明清以来三大妇科流派之一,2022年5月被列入第6批安徽省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录。庐江徐氏妇科经过5代家传和3代师承,学术经验甚广。作者从久病入络理论出发,探讨庐江徐氏妇科治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的相关经验。The sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease are the residual lesions of pelvic inflammatory disease.They are easy to relapse and have long-lasting symptoms,which have a great impact on the patient’s physical and mental health.Lujiang XU’s Gynecology Department is one of the three major gynecology schools in Anhui Province since the Ming and Qing Dynasties.In May 2022,it was included in the sixth batch of Anhui Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative Projects.XU’s gynecology department in Lujiang has been passed down by 5 generations of family members and 3 generations of teachers,and has extensive academic experience.Based on the theory of long-term disease entering the collaterals,the author discusses XU’s gynecological experience in treating the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.
