摘　　要：戴宁教授临床根据“阴常不足”理论治疗男科疾病,疗效显著。作者分别例举液化2号方滋阴泻火、清热利湿治疗精液不液化;二地鳖甲煎滋阴壮阳、活血化瘀治疗男性勃起功能障碍;知三颗粒滋阴降火、益肾填精治疗早泄;并加以分析,展示其辨证论治的中医观,给男科医生在临床上提供更多应用思路。Professor DAI Ning clinically treats andrological diseases based on the theory of“deficiency of yin”and has achieved remarkable results.Here are the Liquefaction No.2 prescriptions,which are nourishing Yin and purging fire,clearing away heat and promoting diuresis to treat non-liquefied semen;Erdi Biejiajian nourishes Yin and strengthens Yang,activates blood circulation and removes blood stasis to treat male erectile dysfunction;Zhisan Granules nourishes yin and reduces fire,nourishes kidneys and replenishes essence.Treat premature ejaculation;and analyze it to demonstrate the traditional Chinese medicine view of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and provide andrologists with more clinical application ideas.
