摘 要:为了回收利用某铁选厂尾矿中的赤铁矿资源,针对该尾矿特点,在详细的矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了不同选矿工艺的对比试验,试验确定强磁选—再磨—强磁选—浮选流程为最佳选铁工艺。试验结果表明:铁品位12.62%的矿样在最佳试验条件下,最终获得了铁品位60.01%、铁回收率23.62%的满意铁精矿指标,实现了对铁选厂尾矿中赤铁矿的有效回收。In order to recycle the hematite resources in the tailings of an iron concentrator,according to the characteristics of the tailings,based on the detailed study of the ore properties,a comparative test of different beneficiation processes was carried out.The test determined that the high intensity magnetic separa⁃tion-regrinding-high intensity magnetic separation-flotation process was the best iron separation process.The test results show that the satisfactory iron concentrate index with iron grade of 60.01%and iron recovery of 23.62%is finally obtained under the optimum test conditions for the ore sample with iron grade of 12.62%.The effective recovery of hematite in the tailings of iron concentrator is realized.
